What I think happened on the first story is that the little was obviously too sheltered and experiencing this explicit adventures on the real world was like a new dream land for him. Like he sees love hotels as castles.
With the second story maybe because of too much shmex the bull evolved into a minotaur? You know like how do pokemons evolve kinda thing. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I don't get the 2nd story like how come that cow boy became a Minotaur?
I also need someone to explain me the 1st story, is it just a boy who goes out to have sex and just brings a hamster? I at first thought the MC became the hamster but that was not the case.
I can totally see how this can traumatize some people. I also worry about my mental health since I find this a bit interesting.
