In that chapter Tao only appeared to be an adult because the whole story was a dream that Feilong was having. When Fei woke up little Tao was there.

I’m shook why does Tao body type change in recent chapters? He looks like a tween in recent chapters but at chapter 40 or so he looks like a grown man
