Why can't her mom looks like that. It's the author choice of expression his/her art. It's not like there are not mom that looks really young for their age. Especially when a lot of asian people look way younger for their age and I'm Asian so I know that too. I have so many women from strangers to my relatively look like they're in their 20s/30s/40s when in fact they much more older. It's a different in culture on how authors perceive things. You may think anime usually have a lot of girls who look like middle school with their height and you think that they're glorify Pedo when in fact i have real friends who are only around 1m50 or even around 1m40. You prob white or black because of how everyone look around you seem normal so when you see someone small you think that type of person is not real in reality when i fact there are A LOT. If you don't believe me then come to Asian school and explore then. There are always a few girls who are very short for their age.''Not that anything is wrong with being short.''

Yo, I’m 100000% Asian. If someone does look that young despite being mother to kids in their 20s, they belong to the very minority and the first thing everyone gonna say when they meet such a person is to compliment on their look. There’s good art and bad art and lazy art, I’m not calling name on the author I’m just saying I don’t understand their choice. Take your assumption anywhere pls. Being Asian doesn’t come with life elixir (I wish it did lmao)
