He wasn’t raped, but sexual abuse also involves molestation and forced visual sexual trauma (by seeing the king molest/touch other children).
Plus, poor baby had to go through years of his childhood fearing that he was going to be raped next. I can’t imagine going through everyday wondering if the man who keeps me will finally decide to sexually abuse me. Poor guy had to be wary every minute of his childhood.
