I don't think it's that unreasonable for him to be jealous? of his step brother I mean imagine having to keep your relationship a secret and all of a sudden another guy comes barging into your significant others life and seem to spend every second with him. Trust an important aspect of a relationship but you can still get anxious and jealous when you trust your significant other, you get what I mean? Anyways I think showing your emotions is always better than keeping it bottled until it explodes. I wouldn't call hyujin over bearing or controlling because if you're calling possessiveness that's not actually that unreasonable toxic then idk what to say.
