Tis a yaoi webtoon/manhwa, just supposed to be from the author's fantasies and what the readers want, it doesn't have to apply to real life, heck some yaoi mangas start off with semes raping the uke and then the uke falling in love with the seme.

There are probably who found this chapter likable I guess, who knows? Tis the internet, there are people with different tastes. I personally am fine with the feminine trope in this chapter, I found it funny how exaggerated they make it, I guess I read too many manga with chapters like this sksksksks.
