They are connected by blood and the seme seems to have the ability to use that connection to find him, just like how he can read his thoughts.
So i think he can use that blood/connection they have kind of as a portal-door system.
So if he were to have other vampire hybrids he made, he might be able to do the same thing.
He also read and heard the uke calling for him.
So did he teleport? What happened right there?
