Can I punch Liam? He's a fucking prick. Just like Declan's dad. He didn't care about the fact that his son thinks he made his mother like that and Liam thinks he's the only one with issues. What pieces of sh!t. And before anyone pulls out the most tried and true 'but reasons' card in this situation: I neither care if Declan's mom CHOSE to do this nor if his mom made his father promise to keep on working at the plantation after she died, working in the same place where he saw his wife die after he practically abandoned her, due to a medical condition that she likely developed from overworking on it, at least in his son's eyes, should inspire him to show some freaking compassion and regret towards a son who came back to bail out a friend by putting his life on the line, instead of acting like a kid, HIMSELF, and being a totally ungrateful, snot-nosed brat. Ugh. I am so done with cliched characters like Liam and the Dad. Ktbn.
This seems to be a long running series. Let's not jump to conclusions shall we? At the beginning it looked like Declan was awful. Now we see with a bit of background we sympathise ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
