The author has stated that they are not bonded. Moreover, I think she also said that a bond needs to be mutual and we all know that Dojun doesn't like Chowon, much less love him. Also, if they were bonded then they wouldn't be able to live apart.

Wait guys after reading this chapter for the 6th time, I have a different theory. Remember when Chowon said that he tried dating other Alpha's and it didn't work, that had me thinking maybe he came back not because he want's Dojun back but maybe it's because they have bonded.
