That’s She Li, Mo used to run w She Li’s crowd and She Li was the one who pierced Mo’s ears. Towards the beginning of the story Mo kind of wanted to drop out of school and She Li pressured him into taking the blame for what another one of She Li’s ‘underlings’ did to someone. Mo almost got expelled but He Tian found a girl with proof that proved him innocent and saved him from that. However we’ve seen She Li a few times lurking around and it seems like he rlly doesn’t want Mo to be happy for some reason that will prob be explained in the backstory we just started
