I think it was when Bum was confiming he didnt love him and that he never did. when he was laying in the hopsital.bed picking off the petals. Sangwoo only "liked" Bum and kept.him around because he reminded him off his mother. In the Q&A the Author also said that Sangwoo was heterosexual. So if you.piece everything from the story and Q&A together.....in the last chapter Bum is just confirming it for.everyone.

I guess I'm just a sucker for a happy ending haha i saw it differently... Basically i saw Sangwoo calling out to Bum in the hospital as the fact that he finally started to see Bum as Bum and wanted to see him (although there is evidence that like kinda contradicts it). But this is probably just me being crazy and wanting some kind of sweetness and not to believe the truth(which is that Sangwoo probably never loved Bum at all)...
the author managed to make me cry so many times, but this adds the fuel to the fire, this story is sooo fucking sad, like how can you make people suffer so much ???
He called his name when in hospital and extreme pain. He did love him. This is the answer in my opinion. Maybe because, as a nurse, I know they call their love in their last moments or when they need help.
