considering the size and age of his nephew, I'd say about 4. But lets face it, there is no way outside of a fantasy, anyone would be able to walk two seconds after coming out of a coma. My dad couldn't walk after spending a month in bed after a heart attack.

About 5/6 years from the look of the nephew... if the boy is 4 it's been 5 years... if he is 5 then it's been 6 years.....
