oh, but that is hardly an explanation. as in, in the manga, the story about the sleeping kid is vague and sorta incomplete.
Can we expect another story from the author sometime soon?

What happened was that Oujiro was thrown away after his father's divorced with his mother. And then Oujiro's father remarried with another woman and had Touta. But Touta has some sort of illness that made him unable to move as if he's in a coma. So, the father told his new wife to throw him away like oujiro again. After his father reunited with oujiro, the kid wakes up because he heard his father shouting.
If you want more detailed explanation like what his illness is and how can he wake up suddenly like that, I don't think it's that relevant to the story and the author wants to keep it that way lol
