I'm looking for a yaoi manga here is what I can remember: Seme is the uke's superior/chief Aand is hated by the female employees because he favours the males. Even though he claims to be straight he becomes obsessed with the uke's bum. It's a pretty fun light story, no rape but there is this one chapter they fight over who tops, also one of the female employees admits to dipping her heels into the seme's coffee.
