my understanding of it is the right side of kuronosuke's body has the blood of resurrection & the other side for death (venomous blood prob) bc he bit his right arm to save tetsuo. remember in ch10, the guy that went inside the snake's pit to clean the dead bodies cut kuronosuke's arm & died instantly? kuronosuke's blood splattered on his face, poisoning the guy (that's why there was foaming at the mouth). & that snake at the end was just a random pet at the store. the customer that came into the store (yoshida-san) to pick up fresh meat was tetsuo. meaning that the legend (about immortality, right & left side, etc.) the owner was talking about was true, the tetsuo who was alive back in the samurai era is now immortal & will live with kuronosuke forever. also remember when tetsuo asked kuronosuke if he would eat rats instead of humans? kuronosuke probably changed his diet for tetsuo. my speculation for the cuts all over his body is his blood was probably used for poison (he mentioned that humans treated him as a puppet). i hope that cleared up some of the confusion.(▰˘◡˘▰)
Sorry can someone explain the snake's episode? Didn't quite catch the last part's bit whereby he talks about the left and right side for killing or something.
Did Kuranosuke become the small snake or he just became immortal or smth
