There are two ways to look at this comic, the first way is the over worked employee is actually being haunted by a cute ghost trying to stop her from killing herself by overworking and the other more realistic way which is the employee is so tired her subconcious has manifested the hallucination of a cute ghost in an effert to stop her from overworking herself to her death.
