Is there any other mangas with a twisted male Lead like this one?

Maybe try Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou? I don't know if he's as twisted as the MC in this manga but it's about him getting revenge on his classmates who betrayed him.

I think Nidome no Yuusha is the closest that I've read. It's violent and it's about the MC getting revenge on the heroine and others that betrayed him.
