Bull. No one is saying the uke can't be experienced (there is a plethora of material that backs that up) the uke has the full ability to choose either or none. He had chosen one, then decided to go to his old place with the former, he chose to cheat, twice. The seme both gave him multiple chances to choose to commit one way or the other.
