I feel like this all stems from the past when they were all at the orphanage together so I think more will come to light when the real Sailou enters into Gabriel's life. I just think that if he was being controlled, it would have been shown or said. Also we have seen something being controlled by the vampire (the fortuneteller), that was someone under the vampire’s influence. I’m not saying it’s impossible he is being controlled but theres no sign of him being controlled either.

He could be controlled but so far it doesnt feel like he is. The priest’s thoughts seems all good and the priest isnt acting like he lost control. He is just captivated by the sex.(atleast thats my interpreetation)
I love the pretty artwork and it is nice to have a person of color portrayed in this Manwha. I know that Father Gabriel is being controlled by the vampire but it is slightly annoying that he can't break free! The sex scene is hot but I was really wanting the real Sailou not this faker!
