Get a pen pal willing to answer questions. Translate articles or manga from English into your native language. Travel to an English speaking country. Watch English speaking Television, Movies or Anime with subtitles to get a feel for pronunciation of words. Listen to English songs.

Reading manga expands my vocabulary lol

Learn basic grammar then start watching cartoons (like Avatar The Last Airbender) and then start reading manga, all in English. Don't use the dictionnary, it's better when you try to get the meaning instead of the exact translation.

Read stories in English. Or find your hobby that is linked with English. Mine is reading so I have many options to learn English^^

well first learn the alphabet,
then learn words and how to pronounce them. Stating watching things in english and then start talking to people in english.
