like everything else from his world, the door and other things can be seen by someone from this world if they are in possession of an item or article from his world. the girl can see the door and such when they have possession of his spare key, but not when they aren't touching it.
I thought that door is invicible for the others except him or something like that in early chapter.... I'm quite confuse now
