as was recently brought to my attention many Chinese authors can only get a few pages posted at a time due to the legal issues around GAY publications in China and other more backwards nations

not entirely sure however as was brought to my attention some countries have issues with people posting gay art of any kind from there nations which from my understanding is more than you might expect
Well I mean the title is in japanese and so is the character names in the manga so I think it's just supposed to be short cuz some mangas just are short for no real reason
It's a webcomic. The author probably posts updates on pixiv or some similar site. Since they come out one at a time, they're published here one at a time. There aren't any publication shenanigans or homophobic conspiracies behind it.
