There isn't. It's not a romance or harem and any girls that appeared so far have only been relevant for a short while. I don't think the healer has even made an appearance for like 30 chapters now. I'd guess we're never seeing the monster girl again either after he leaves.
I can't say that she is the "lead" but Jinwoo marry a girl in the story.

Lol I just spoiled myself about the love interest and what happens afterward. I'm in tears of joy. It's an interesting turn of events considering this is so action packed.
Is there a female lead ? At the beginning there was a healer girl and now a monster girl ? Is this harem and don't really has FL ?
