My opinion maybe glen just wanted to be reborn as a girl n the same goes for Veronica so I don’t think there another explanation or motive behind it but maybe there is later on
This is my theory: Veronica wanted to be someone who could have more power to better protect her people and that’s why she reincarnated into a guy. Glen wanted to be someone who could stay by veronicas side like her knight so that’s why he reincarnated into a girl.
