There’s actually a connection. The “Tanyi” that Sungjoon is seeing is actually his crush who is currently “cursed” He’ll be a human again but Sungjoon wouldn’t remember him. (If I remember the story correctly)
That means all the other pets that Seungjoon saw as people are actually cursed, too?
Not all. But Tanyi in particular is cursed. I’m not sure about the other pets. There would be this mysterious blonde guy who will appear, he is the one who cursed Tanyi.

as i think, what i got is that tanyi was a puppy he used to take care of when he was a kid but.... i wanna find if there’s a connection between tanyi and his first crush so that tanyi wouldn’t be a “dog” totally u.u
