They showed Chiwoo getting beat up and considering, it was pretty brutal. So there wouldn't be a reason not to show a rape if there was any.
And then Jihyun went to smoke, a dude ran into him, and he found a dead guy. Jihyun is violent so no one is surprised, thinking it was him, but this time he's innocent. Actually, it's really sad no one believe him...
