Yes he can turn humans into his shadows like what he did to Iron and Greed BUT I don't think he can have kids with them since they're 'dead' already, that's so ironic.
If he’s a necromancer can he turn dead humans into his soldiers? And can he have kids with them? If so what would the baby turn out to be? A disappointment?
