You can dl the google doc app. Open the file/google doc link on mobile, it wouldndirectly open in your gdocs app. On the right side, you will have to click a menu there to toggle a button that allows you to read the doc offline. Hope this helps.
are there any translations that are downloadable? i dunno how google drive works. @-@ can it be read offline like pdfs?
