I can't clearly remember the story but this the rough gist of it:
This guy comes back home because his mam/grandma dies, he's a writer. in complex he moves into there is a gay kid whose his who cam eout to his mam and she think that means he want to be girl so she makes him wear a skirt and stuff. I think the first scence is where guy 1 bumps into guy 2 and gets mistaken for a perv.
