I'm like a year late to say this, but incase you or anyone else still doesn't know, Minami-san (the girl who harmed herself), Skank-san and Granny are Nanoka's future selves. Minami isn't Minami's actual name, Skank is not Skank-san's actual name, and of course Granny's name isn't actually Granny. It's Koyanagi Nanoka.
Maybe the girl who harmed herself had a dream about the little girl's parents who is prolly going to die????idk
