Help Yaoi name

I read some year ago an Yaoi but I don’t remember the name. It tells the story of two childhood friends (I remember that the seme was / is heterosexual, with dark and messy hair, and uke is a gay man, shy and serious, with light hair). The story is set when both are adults, uke has a career in the company (it seems to me, I remember he was dressed in a thick suit and tie), the suit I don't remember if it almost doesn't seem to be in a tracksuit (I don't remember his work) . The whole story revolves around the uke who, a gay man, is afraid of old age and the consequent loneliness that can derive from it, given also the society that does not help homosexual people.
