I think dude was just guilt tripping him. Not to mention usually your first sexual experience will lead you a long way down your life -- including sexuality.
Unfortunately, most yaoi authors profit these peverse misconceptions of actual gay relationships - they seem to think two men in love and having sex is just a womans sexual fantasy, and often completely bastardize it with rape and pedophillia.

also, i'm wondering if the author thinks pedophilia is a normal thing for gay men? Or that they think you can just turn gay? It could also just be the author making a very fucked up story (this wold be most likely, though we'd have to wait for more chapters to really know.) completely knowing that isn't the case though.
