- Beru is the ultimate soldier, and that he can talks is just amazing. I love how much trust jin-woo puts in Beru, his shadow soldiers overall. I would recommend to read the novel because there's just so much that you're missing in the manga, you get more feeling from the novel. If u have a great imagination, you get even better "pictures/drawings" ;)) (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Yes, in the novel it was more tense. Specially because of how the Japanese side was involved on it and what they really was aiming for. I wonder how they will change the story from now on.
Tbh I thought Beru was a sly mf at first with how he treated the other shadows lol. He was strong so the way showed his arrogance over Igris annoyed me. Like dude, you came later, pay some respects. His arrogance got me at first but yeah, he loyal tho so he gets a pass.
