can't remember the title

hi everybody
i'm looking for a yaoi manga i read, but can't remember the name. the story is about a high school boy and college student. the scene that is stuck in my head it when the HS student goes to the college ( i think to drop off something for the seme) and they are eating lunch in the caf with the semes friends. he leaves to smoke, and the uke is talking to him friends. he realizes that there is so much he doesn't know about the seme and gets upset. he finds him in the smoking area and starts to cry. the seme thinks his friends upset the uke.
