The people who drugged her and tried to kidnap her were the rapists! Not the original owner of the body! He had been in love with her for a long time but she didn't return his feelings (or he didn't have the confidence to confess) He saved her from them when she was under the influence of an aphrodisiac drug. Unfortunately, like every every shoujo manga, they ended up having sex to get rid of it's effects instead of calling a doctor for help like a sane person. (Sex when one of them is under some sort of influence like alcohol or drugs is a common trope in romance, although it doesn't make sense in real life) After that, she just left without talking to him again. Then she suddenly shows up out of nowhere with a daughter and asks him to take care of her. If you are right,why would she ask a 'rapist' to take care of her only daughter?! The only reason for it is that he was a good person or maybe even a friend before all this happened.
Even if he is her saver, he still raped her. The sexual interaction between them weren't consensual. It's still consider as sexual assault regardless of him being her saver because she did not consent and did not have the ability to consent. It is consider as "nonconsensual sex". I know that this is a plot device, but if he was not horny and care about her he would've left her in a room by herself and find her a doctor. He did not live in a single room apartment.
As for her left him immediately after she woke up was the best choice she could've make. Think about it, if you were her who just been kidnap and drug and then being saved but woke naked in the same bed as your "saver" I'm sure anyone would shock and wouldn't know what to do. Leaving is a way to save herself and him face and not creating confict with her saver. Legally speaking she could sued him for raping her because she did not consent to the sexual interaction neither can able to give her consent . As for giving her daughter to him to take care of, she had no option but to do it. She had no one to trust even herself to protect her daughter wellbeing.
