looking for a manga

it was about a boy who was sick and frail and the beginning of the story starts off with him running and someone else is there. They call the other guy who was there "hero" (or hiro) and when i found it last time someone said the mangaka liked haikyuu, and so the characters resemble kageyama and hinata. Thank you so much!

the kids knew each other when they were younger and the frail boy was forced to dress up as a girl and then they left and the other boy (who resembles kageyma slightly) got upset and also he wanted to become a doctor
