From what I understand; Rogi was a Loan Shark and wasn’t part of any Group or Tatsuyuki‘s Group. When the whole fiasco ended, Tastuyuki’s group wanted to punish Rogi severely like death I believe. Instead, to save Rogi for the sake of his daughter, Tatsuyuki has Rogi join his Group. Tatsuyuki grows into his role as fourth Head of the Group.

Is Rogi in a different group from the Tatsuyuki? And Tatsuyuki quit his succession and joIned Rogi's group? For what reason? Did i totally read this wrong?
