Hae-in is in America and im not quite sure why seungwoon reached out. It maybe because of international chatting or calling fees (idek at this point). It could also be he never had haein's new contact info. That Haein he hugged was the memory of Haein who he remembers as Seungwoon doesn't even know how Haein currently looks like TT

Yep, and that's bothering me...that means Hae-in also nvr reached out to him...if anything, seungwoon is the one who stayed in place, so it is much easier for ha in to do it...and wtf with that farewell...it seems like hae in doesn't care at all..

The hae in he hugged is shorter, so that was hae in in middle school, he didn't grow up...
