its the opposite for me, im not gay myself but i understand why the seme didnt want to hook up with a "straight" guy. theres no point in fighting for what is originally impossible to get. also theres a possibility that everything the uke did was for his little brother, and if it was the truth you gotta know it would hurt like a bitch.

Personally I prefer stories where the seme fights to be with the uke. Or there's equal effort. The seme fought the relationship so hard that I didn't want them to end up together. It would be a more interesting ending if they don't end up together and the uke ends up dating another guy. He was clearly bi and attracted to the seme. This ending would teach the lesson that if you don't fight for something, someone else can take it away.
