Because his soul already gets eaten by the devil he hasn't the right to get one or something like that.
Oh and Elishas soul mate liked LJ before he meets her, because there are twins and have some sort of binding?
That was the only reason why Aze liked Elisha that one timeline.
And the Manga ends with book 2 out of 5.

Thats the only reason Elishe hasnt a twin in the book, because shes already dead...
Then one of the gods wanted to save her poor beloved child LJ.
So she lets her soul reborn in another world.
LJ feels empty in this new world....
So the god writes the book and gives LJ the decision, if she wants to come back to save him.
The god hasnt much power anymore so LJ gets reborn in her already 20/19 year old body.
Her memorys are a little bit broken too.
Her ability too (thats the reason she cry so much. Some sort of empathy/taking/sharing azes bad feelings.....)
