It was a "game" like manga, kind of like the manga Doubt. Not a Yaoi. Horror Phycological I think? The characters all woke up together (I think around a table) and something tells them that they need to find and kill the 2 "wolves" in the group of people and that the wolves both know who the other wolf is and will try and kill every other "villager" or something like that. I'm pretty sure the MC was female with glasses (maybe not glasses but def female).
