Like he realises his feelings (maybe she’s already winning at this point and it’s just the final push) and being distracted she wipes him off his feet and wins. Then he’s to shocked about how he loves her to realise he lost while she’s just celebrating (or angry because she notices that he wasn’t trying right at the end and thinks he’s letting her win)

I think she finally beat him when they up together like idk but my brain coming up with some scenario where she beats him but like they end up together it make sense in my head I dont why I can't put it in words
