Don't get me wrong, he has the entitlement and temper of a child, I get where you're going with this but you make it sound like he's not aware of his actions when he is still very cunning and manipulative, maybe not to In-hun's level but he has his ways. This just sounds very lenient to his character. You can sympathize with an antagonist without diminishing their actions.

I do agree with your point but age cannot really define the maturity of a person. He can be a grown man but still be devoid of proper mannerisms and values. And besides, it's only right for him to face the music for his actions if he wants to grow and develop as a person. I think you missed my point. All I am saying is behind that mask, is this poor soul who never got the opportunity to be exposed in a loving and positive environment.

You are partly right, but you also have to factor that the two of them belong to two different strata. Seungho is a nobleman despite it seemingly in a bad state, but he is by birthright different than a peasant that Nakyum is. It might not seem as evident because of how Seungho has been so forgiving, and yes he was, believe me, of Nakyum's disrespectful actions.
(Even bringing clothes for him? Is that his way of atoning for forcing Nakyum?)- This action will seem odd to you, if you study ancient korean culture. If that was not love, then I don't know.
That was ancient Korean, nobleman can kill peasants and the society will believe that it was the noble's rights and the peasant's misconduct. That was the society norms regarding different caste.
So the fact that he has such patience, enough not to imprison and shackle Nakyum was testament enough of his feelings, albeit, it was indeed twisted.
Nakyum is a sad story by himself - no questions about that. But Seungho is an even more tragic sad story IMO. I see his character as this lost child who is dying to shower Nakyum with affection but incapable of doing it the proper way. His violent acts are his little tantrums for that's the only way he knows he can keep Nakyum by his side. As a result, he is hated even more. I mean nobody really sat down with him to teach him the basics; Relationships 101!!! Deep down he is begging and craving for real love but he knows his love for Nakyum will never be reciprocated. You know how the saying goes "If you love me, I'll always be in your heart. If you hate me, I'll always be in your mind." Isn't it sad that he has already succumbed to that and doesn't mind being hated? And to keep himself sane and alive, this poor little child's only saving grace is having a physical relationship and keeping Nakyum imprisoned.
Long story short; he is a clueless, hopelessly in love idiot. To make matters worse, he doesn't have any redeeming qualities(dang...the author really stripped him of everything) except for that face. But he knows when to admit defeat. Omg...。:゚(;´∩`;)゚:。
