I want to say I had been confused too and dig into this deeper... I did think when Sohyun was talking in Chapter 14 that she was dating Hanwool(the twin) but when I reread it She mentions Hanwool and then talks about her boyfriend Jaehee. For how the webtoon is going with the evidence I would said Hangyum is the one he meet and not Hanwool.
