There was a spoiler earlier on in the comments about the yandere-ness of the characters. with the starting event for the yandere otome game is this chapter's magic thing so the worst has yet to come.

All of the capture targets, aka the main characters like Cecil and Gray, are all reincarnated. Lornah used to be a girl in her past life, and her favorite character was Ashley, and Lornah doesn't like Cecil because he/she thinks Cecil is evil like in the game.
