All I remember is the main character was a cute girl. She had a special ability(?) the more she fell in love with someone the worst of a criminal they are. Her personality is pretty childish and there are a few people around her to take out the criminals.
I remember one scene she was drawing her and the criminal with kids and a home. The group that watches over her and deals with the criminals had an “holy sh*t” kinda face XD. That was the first time she was obsessed with someone that much and was wondering what kinda messed up crime he committed.
