There's a white flag at the left side of this page. You need to click on it, then choose upload chapter option. You need to upload the copys on imgur ot imgbox and paste the link of the chapter in the box, then hit report. :)
But because of The security policy in lezhin app i can't Screenshot the chapters (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
On desktop, I could do that just fine, that's how the last 2 chapters were uploaded. ;)
If you don't have access to a PC, you should open a browser on your smartphone, go on Lezhin webpage, log in, I can do screenshots there. If there is some kind of problem - like it wants to redirect you to the app - you should go to options and tick in the "show destkop version" option (depending on the browser it can have a different name, but something similar) and it should work. :)
