Although, instead of pocket money it is stressing over paying for college and the house bit has to do with being in a good school system. We are so so on trees.
I don't understand about R-40+ part. I think this manga is about a stressful parent thinking about their children 'pocket money' to college or their problem to pay their credit card bill on time or the difficulty to find a home that doesn't cut any trees so the environment still good for their childern
