In the newest chapter Bin kind of confirmed that Seolhyun is a female lycan. Seolhyun also partly lost his memories. He never saw his parents and was chained to the little brother's house. So the family might be hiding the fact that he is a female from him. Hwa got hurt once because he tried to escape/save Seolhyun. The alliance (vampire-lycan) are totally against Hwa and Seolhyun to be together. The little brother also warned Hwa to stay away from Seolhyun or he would die. Bin and Gok also got more worried, saying that they should have erased Seolhyun's memories completely. Bin said that they should talk to Seolhyun.
