She also showed incredible arrogance from the first time we saw her to the end. It would be very surprising if she was able to kill every vampire out there, but she probably thought she did.
From what I understand, she was a pretty young vampire when she went on her killing spree. Older vampires would have likely been too strong, smart and/or adaptable to be killed by her.
That's my theory anyway. I don't have any reason to think this is the case. It could just be that he got so wrapped up in the myth he's seeing vampires everywhere.
I thought the queen said she killed all vampires except for the guy under water. If so why does this creepy guy seem like a vampire hunter?
